StoryWalk® on the River Trail!

A fun way for families to enjoy a good story and the outdoors at the same time. Pages from a children’s book are laminated, attached to wooden stakes, and installed along an outdoor path. As visitors make their way down the trail, they’re directed to the next page in the story. Take your favorite little person on a fun, story-meets-nature adventure!

The Richmond Trails Committee along with the Richmond Library are setting up a StoryWalk® using the book Lost! by David McPhail.

Enjoy it while it’s up, and please let us know if you’d like us to do another StoryWalk in the future!

The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. StoryWalk® is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.
