Borrow the Library's New Telescope!

Still got space on the brain? Take advantage of these early low-bug evenings and borrow the library's new telescope for a skywatch!
Through their library telescope program, the Vermont Astronomical Society set up our new Orion Starblast 4.5" Reflecting Telescope and we're excited to offer it for loan. This tabletop telescope can be borrowed from the library for up to a week with your Richmond Free Library card. Enhance your viewing experience with included additional materials like a moon map and starfinder along with a special quick start guide from VAS.
