The Library is once again partnering with local community media center MMCTV to offer the tenth annual video workshop for middle school students during the February school vacation. This year the theme will be, News Flash: What’s Happening at the Library. Participants will learn how to produce promotional material for television, internet and radio as they set up an imaginary news studio and cover the local news as it unfolds at the library.
Students ages 10 – 14 are invited to register for this fun, free workshop offering hands-on filming and editing experience. Time will be split between the library and the television studio on:
February 24 & 25 from 9 am—noon. Space is limited.
